The person who runs the loading at the aircraft has many names: leading hand in Australia and New Zealand, crew chief or lead in North America, team leader in parts of Europe. NOMIC Ramp uses IATA's term, loading supervisor.

A taste
If crews think you're there to check up on them, they'll show you "best behaviour" and the data will be worthless. If they trust that it's about the system, not about them, they'll work normally and even tell you what gets in their way. Everything in this module protects that trust.
